Urban Health Plan is the largest system of federally qualified health centers in all of New York state, serving millions every year with over 15 locations. Centering excellent, patient-focused holistic care, Urban Health Plan’s mission is to continuously improve the health of communities and the quality of life of the people they serve by providing affordable, quality primary and specialty healthcare.
02. Campaign
Addressing issues from intimate partner violence, to sexual health testing, to the patient experience, Cause Lab partners with Urban Health Plan on bilingual physical and digital campaigns in and around New York City. Utilizing exuberant branding and playful messaging, the multimedia campaigns Test to Impress and Know The Red Flags were featured across Urban Health Plan’s social media channels and LinkNYC digital screens, targeting Central Harlem, the Bronx, and Corona, Queens.
