Jessica is the vision behind Cause Lab. She brings more than twenty years of expertise in political campaign strategy, advertising and journalism to every client. She spends every day dedicated to working on open access for voices that are often invisible or silenced in the public realm.
If she ever left advertising, Jessica would join a monastery with a vow of silence.

Trent Bullion is a multidisciplinary designer, anthropologist, and writer. As Creative Director at Cause Lab, he helps bring the voice and artistic vision of your organization or brand to life.
Trent likes eating kimchi and riding his bike with no hands.
Aashi Jhaveri
Design Director
Aashi Jhaveri is a versatile designer and communicator. As the Design Director at Cause Lab, she expertly captures the unique spirit of each organization and brand she works with. Aashi has a deep interest in diverse cultures, which she skillfully incorporates into her creative projects, enriching them with her knowledge of anthropology.

Maria Alexia Platia is a multidisciplinary designer with an industrial design and boatbuilding background. At Cause Lab, she crafts engaging visuals, motion graphics, and campaigns that inspire public participation. With a focus on storytelling and public engagement, Maria Alexia helps organizations amplify their message and drive meaningful social change.
Lately, Maria Alexia has been dabbling in printmaking and being herded by her dog.

Alejandro Rovira is a designer whose approach stems from a blend of business education and enduring fascination with psychology. As a Design & Marketing Associate at Cause Lab, his practice explores the crossroads of branding, visual systems, and typography to further imbue profound impact through execution of visually striking campaigns and projects.
Having been raised in Miami, Alejandro’s efforts are likely being powered by a potent shot of Cuban cafecito.
