Jessica is the vision behind Cause Lab. She brings more than twenty years of expertise in political campaign strategy, advertising and journalism to every client. She spends every day dedicated to working on open access for voices that are often invisible or silenced in the public realm.
If she ever left advertising, Jessica would join a monastery with a vow of silence.
Abby McLoughlin
Managing Director
Abby builds the connective tissue between ambitious work and the people it’s meant to reach. With a decade of experience in arts marketing and an agency background working across big brands, she loves the magic that happens when an idea clicks. At Cause Lab, she connects strategy, creative and execution so big ideas can sparkle.
Abby excels at dancing like no one is watching and singing like no one is listening.
Trent Bullion
Creative Director
Trent Bullion is a multidisciplinary designer, anthropologist, and writer. As Creative Director at Cause Lab, he helps bring the voice and artistic vision of your organization or brand to life.
Trent likes eating kimchi and riding his bike with no hands.
Aashi Jhaveri
Design Director
Aashi Jhaveri is a versatile designer and communicator. As the Design Director at Cause Lab, she expertly captures the unique spirit of each organization and brand she works with. Aashi has a deep interest in diverse cultures, which she skillfully incorporates into her creative projects, enriching them with her knowledge of anthropology.

Cullen Girolamo is a multidisciplinary designer with a specialty in video and motion content. At Cause Lab, he transforms complex ideas into clear, compelling visual narratives—bringing client messages to life through thoughtful design and dynamic storytelling.
Cullen is a fiend for mojitos.

Design Associate
Bethsie Menard is a multidisciplinary designer with emphasis on video art and motion graphics. At Cause Lab, they strive to render the tangible imprint of humanity into every design they create.
Bethsie loves flash games– especially Diner Dash.
Jazz Wong
Design Associate
Jazz Wong is a multidisciplinary designer and romantic, who creates surreal narratives born in the vernacular world. She started her design career with KidPix on a 2000s Macintosh, and it was love at first sight. At CauseLab, Jazz aspires to elevate platforms through unique visual storytelling.
Jazz is a major fan of Comic Sans.
Nazar Sementsov
Design Associate
Nazar Sementsov is a creative strategist and designer who traded the swim lanes for the fast lanes of NYC design. In his role as Design Associate at Cause Lab, he brings a dynamic marketing energy and an uncompromising eye for detail to elevate every project that lands on his desk.
Nazar likes tracking down the city's best eats and curating playlists that are objectively better than yours.
Phiroze Parasnis
Social Media Coordinator
Phiroze is a writer and producer with a background in social media, graphics, and live TV production. With experience across the TODAY Show, Saturday Night Live, and the Late Show, Phiroze combines urgency with thoughtful storytelling.
Phiroze tells himself that he's a comedian based on unsold pilots and UCB improv classes.
