Jessica is the vision behind Cause Lab. She brings more than twenty years of expertise in political campaign strategy, advertising and journalism to every client. She spends every day dedicated to working on open access for voices that are often invisible or silenced in the public realm.
If she ever left advertising, Jessica would join a monastery with a vow of silence.
Abby McLoughlin
Managing Director
Abby builds the connective tissue between ambitious work and the people it’s meant to reach. With a decade of experience in arts marketing and an agency background working across big brands, she loves the magic that happens when an idea clicks. At Cause Lab, she connects strategy, creative and execution so big ideas can sparkle.
Abby excels at dancing like no one is watching and singing like no one is listening.
Trent Bullion
Creative Director
Trent Bullion is a multidisciplinary designer, anthropologist, and writer. As Creative Director at Cause Lab, he helps bring the voice and artistic vision of your organization or brand to life.
Trent likes eating kimchi and riding his bike with no hands.

Design Director
Aashi Jhaveri is a versatile designer and communicator. As the Design Director at Cause Lab, she expertly captures the unique spirit of each organization and brand she works with. Aashi has a deep interest in diverse cultures, which she skillfully incorporates into her creative projects, enriching them with her knowledge of anthropology.

Tinhua is a designer and marketer with over ten years in the industry, tapping into his diverse range of experience to bring campaigns to life. Having worked in strategy and creative, perspective is founded on a thorough understanding of successful marketing from all angles.

Phiroze Parasnis

Phiroze is a writer and producer with a background in social media, graphics, and live TV production. With experience across the TODAY Show, Saturday Night Live, and the Late Show, Phiroze combines urgency with thoughtful storytelling.
Phiroze tells himself that he's a comedian based on unsold pilots and UCB improv classes.
